How to Fire Up Your Faith

The story related in Daniel chapter 3 is exciting and contains many interesting twists and turns. Nowhere in the chapter does it refer to Daniel, though. Some speculate the reason why is that he was possibly off on a trip taking care of the king’s business during this time. We don’t really know. But it’s obvious he was not around, or else he certainly would have been right in there standing up for the Lord with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Let’s look at the story and learn some lessons that will hopefully help us to fire up our faith and commitment to the Lord, as well.
