Each one of us has a spiritual low fluid indicator. If you possess a snarling temper today—if you worry a lot, if you are dealing with guilt, if you have fear, if you struggle with hopelessness, sleeplessness, loneliness, or resentment—all of these things can be symptoms of a dryness deep within the soul. Pains in your heart are indicators spiritually that you need spiritual water. We need to take a trip each day of our lives to God’s well and take a good swallow of water to flood our thirsty soul.
