Because of How He Rules

Every one of us has a master who determines our behavior and destiny. Maybe your master is money, pleasure, prestige or some other self-centered goal. The book of Colossians teaches that only Jesus Christ merits being our Master and Lord. We have talked about what he offers, who he is and where he lives. Today’s passage suggests that only Jesus is worthy of our loyalty because of the manner in which he rules.
