Your identity reveals your character and your destiny. Jesus’ identity was questioned in Luke 9. Peter responded with a firm conviction of Jesus as the Christ. Jesus was able to support his claim by coming back to life after his death on the cross. After his resurrection, Jesus commissioned his followers to go into all the world and make disciples. Let’s consider who Jesus is and how his identity affects us. Then you can decide if Jesus is going to be the Lord of your life.
